Timex Group USA is proud to announce a partnership with CMAK and the Race4Chase community.  The Timex IRONMAN brand and CMAK share a mutual commitment to promoting health and fitness through the support of athletics.  Timex is fully aligned with the CMAK Mission to inspire community healing through family and children-focused initiatives and programs.

As a Connecticut-based company with a number of Timex employees residing in Newtown and the surrounding communities, the tragic events at Sandy Hook Elementary School have had a personal and dramatic effect on the Timex community. The Timex IRONMAN brand is happy to support CMAK and Race4Chase through product donations, such as watches and other training gear.  Blue Seventy, a Timex Team partner, also is donating swim caps and swim goggles for the young athletes.  Timex employees are encouraged to support CMAK and Race4Chase through volunteering and matching donations to the foundation.

About the Timex IRONMAN brand

The Timex IRONMAN brand has long and storied history of supporting endurance athletic endeavors.  In 1984, Timex first sponsored IRONMAN and 30 years later we stand proud as the longest running partner of the IRONMAN races.  Born from the lava fields of Hawaii in 1986, The Timex IRONMAN watch was tested, developed, and worn by the world’s toughest athletes.  Today, that legacy continues with advanced technical products living under the Timex IRONMAN brand including advanced timing features, heart rate monitors, and GPS devices.
